Mac and Cheese Off Update

Mac and Cheese Off is Sunday, October 18th at 5pm, yall.

We are proud to letya know that we will be hosting the event at Bar Great Harry on Smith St <map>. (We love them, they have good and cheap beer.)

Here are some of the details we have been waiting to share, and please hit us back with any questions.

1. Bring your love in one casserole-sized dish AND bring a serving implement.
2. No food restrictions or rules except your shlitz needs to include a pasta product and cheese product.
3. No lasagna
4. Everyone that comes eats and votes
5. We will use a silent ballot
6. Scores will be based on originality (up to 5 points), presentation (up to 5 points), taste (up to 10 points)
7. Your grub needs to be cooked and prepared beforehand, but we will have a microwave there for you to heat it up, if necessary.
8. We will be providing plates, forks and napkins
9. $10 CASH entrance fee for everyone – that means competitors and eaters
10. Please come with a name for your dish.
11. No monkeys

Although we asked for an RSVP, that was to estimate the interest – and boy did we get interest. But that isn’t to scare off any Johnny Come Latelies. Please bring all your friends the day of. Think of it this way – the more you bring, the bigger the winnings for the bestest.
