fyi, little tip on the eggs-- while still in shell, let them sit in warm/hot water for a few minutes before poaching them (or frying, etc.); it helps them cook more evenly. Also, it used to be de rigeur to swirl the water in your poaching pot before and after slipping in the eggs, creating a little vortex that gives them a uniform shape and coating of whites. </description>

		<description>Great breakfast.  Here&#039;s another amazing and easy Japanese breakfast: 
 
1)  Add rice to left-over miso soup (homemade, please).  Heat over stove. 
 
2)  When soup is boiling, lower the heat to a rolling bubble, and poach an egg/or eggs in the soup.  Undercook the egg.   
 
3)  Serve and break the egg in your soup so the yoke finishes cooking in your soup. 
 
This breakfast will stay with you for the entire day.  It is unbelievable and great for:  winter, hangovers, everything. </description>
